How old do I have to be to rent an e-bike?+
Riders must be 18+ to rent. Riders 14+ may ride with a parent or guardian present and signing the waiver. Kids under 14 can ride along on a trailer or child seat - ask when you book.
Do you provide helmets?+
Yes. Helmets, U-locks, phone mounts, and a quick local route briefing are included with every rental at no extra cost.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?+
A credit card hold is placed at pickup as a security deposit (no charge unless damage occurs). Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reservation.
Do you deliver to my hotel or vacation rental?+
Yes - free delivery throughout San Clemente on half-day or longer rentals, and $20 each way for Capistrano Beach and Dana Point.
What happens if it rains?+
We'll reschedule or refund for any day with sustained rain in the San Clemente forecast. Coastal SoCal weather is forgiving - this rarely comes up.
Can I ride to Trestles to watch the surf?+
Yes - Lower Trestles is roughly 4 miles south on a paved trail. Easy ride on any of our bikes. We'll show you exactly where to lock up at the trail entrance.
